Job Description
Position and Accountabilities:
– To create a strong sales pipeline, find and qualify leads via networking, research, and cold calling.
– Create and preserve connections with important decision-makers and stakeholders in the sectors you are targeting in order to learn about their needs and difficulties.
– Introduce and show prospective customers our services and solutions, emphasizing the advantages and value proposition.
– Work together with the pre-sales technical team to develop recommendations and solutions that are specifically customized to meet the needs of the client.
– To close sales deals and hit revenue goals, negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts with clients.
– Oversee all sales-related tasks, such as establishing and scrupulously observing sales goals and guaranteeing precise product delivery across all sales channels;
– Assure prompt market collection of the company’s funds. Create a plan to reduce the amount of expired merchandise.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
