Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in BFSI.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
