Job Description
Job Title: Sales Assosiate
Location: Vadodara/ Baroda
Department: Sales & Business Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key roles:
- Proactively generate leads and identify potential customers for opening Current and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Conduct door-to-door sales and participate in field activities, events, and promotional campaigns to create awareness about CASA products.
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers to gain insight into their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Plan and execute daily sales activities to maximize business opportunities in your assigned territory.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BFSI, retail, or any field sales role.
- Graduation in any field (Banking/Finance is a plus).
- Age: 21 to 32 years.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with local markets and strong local networks preferred.
