Job Description
Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Vadodara – Akota
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in the acquisition of Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) by sourcing new leads through cold calling, field visits, and referral programs.
- Identify and approach potential customers to pitch CASA products, showcasing the benefits of banking with the institution.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the teamโs overall sales goals.
- Work closely with branch teams to provide seamless service to customers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualification:

- Any graduate with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset.
- Preferably a local resident with a good understanding of the local market.
- Must own a two-wheeler for customer visits.
- 0-2 Years of Experience in BFSI Sales.
- Age group: 21-32 years.
