Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to join our banking team. The Sales Officer will focus on acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and building lasting relationships within the community. This role involves field sales, customer interaction, and meeting sales targets to support the growth of our banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for banking products (loans, credit cards, Mutual funds).
  • Conduct visits and generate leads through client engagement.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue.
  • Provide quality customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
  • Age: 21 to 32 years.
  • Other Requirements: Must be a local resident with a bike for work.
