The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales growth in their assigned area, developing strong relationships with clients and distributors, and achieving sales targets. The role involves leading and motivating a sales team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and agents.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
