Job Description
In a fast-paced setting, the frontline sales manager will guide and motivate the sales force to reach and surpass goals, cultivate customer connections, and improve team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a top-performing sales force.
- Work together with upper management to create and carry out sales plans.
- Track performance and offer suggestions for enhancement.
- Establish and preserve solid client connections.

Requirements
- Two or more years of sales management experience is required.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a history of forming effective teams.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- You have to be a graduate.
