Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Front Line Sales Managers to join our team in Kokrajhar. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in field sales across industries such as Life Insurance, Telecom, Pharma, and Real Estate. As a Front Line Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, drive performance to meet targets, and develop effective marketing strategies to enhance sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives in achieving sales targets and performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Life Insurance, Telecom, Pharma, or Real Estate.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
