Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities across multiple platforms.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
  • Assess and qualify leads based on company requirements, budget, and purchasing intent.
  • Arrange meetings or calls for the sales team to discuss solutions and client needs in detail.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft effective outreach strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously expand knowledge of company products/services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work independently.
  • Resilient in handling rejection and maintaining persistence.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or relevant experience preferred.
