Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads.
- Assess and qualify leads based on company requirements, budget, and purchasing intent.
- Arrange meetings or calls for the sales team to discuss solutions and client needs in detail.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to craft effective outreach strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously expand knowledge of company products/services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to work independently.
- Resilient in handling rejection and maintaining persistence.
- Bachelorโs degree or relevant experience preferred.
