Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our agency channel in the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of insurance agents within the agency channel.

• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Proven sales management experience in life insurance, particularly in the agency channel.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.

• Must be local
