Job Description

We seek a motivated and proactive Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves driving new business by promoting and selling insurance products to prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluency in the local language.
• Goal-driven attitude.
