Job Description

Manager – Business Development We are urgently seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in the insurance sector. This role is focused on driving growth within the agency channel, requiring a dynamic leader who is passionate about expanding the business and leading a team towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve business goals.

· Conduct field visits and deliver sales presentations to clients.

· Maintain accurate records and monitor the performance of sales activities.

· Attend industry events to establish new business relationships and opportunities.

Requirements:

· A bachelor’s degree.

· At least 1 year of local field sales experience.

· Must be a local resident.
