Job Description

We seek a motivated and proactive Insurance Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. An insurance sales agent’s job is to help clients select insurance policies that meet their needs and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Suggest modifications and updates to existing clients’ insurance policies

Source potential clients through professional networks, cold calls, and referrals

Developing marketing strategies on how to attract new accounts.

Develops base for long-term sources of clients.

Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.

Requirements:

2+ years Work experiences in any Field Sales area.

Preferably a bachelor’s degree.

Driving and bike is mandatory.

Good communication skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills
