Job Description
Front Line Sales Manager
Directly responsible for selling insurance products to customers through a network of agents.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Recruit, train, and manage a team of agents.
โข Motivate and inspire agents to achieve their sales targets.
โข Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and support to agents.
โข Identify and develop new business opportunities.
โข Ensure that agents are providing excellent customer service.
โข Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
โข 1-2 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role w
โข Strong leadership and team management skills.
โข Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
โข Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
โข In-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales techniques in India.
