Job Description
Role: Unit Sales Manager
Objective:ย Find new business prospects, manage and develop a sales force, and assist in the company’s growth. One of a firm’s most important employees is the business development manager (BDM), who finds new business prospects and creates plans to expand the company.
Key Responsibilities :
To increase revenue and business, set goals and make plans.
To seek new markets, conduct research and put strategy into action.
โข Determine which markets have prospective customers.
โข Track down leads and assist them in the sales process.
โข Establish goals as a team and create strategies to reach them.
Requirements:
โข An advanced degree or its equivalent.
โข Two to three years of marketing and sales expertise in the field.
โข Age range: 21โ38 years old.
โข Excellent team-management and motivational leadership abilities.
