Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and increasing market share.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, offering guidance, training, and resources to drive high performance and foster a results-oriented culture.
- Collaborate with other C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CMO) to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
- Manage and nurture key client relationships, focusing on customer retention, satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and address potential challenges. Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance insights to the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, communication, and negotiation.
- Extensive industry network and ability to represent the company in high-level negotiations.
