Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue and increasing market share.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, offering guidance, training, and resources to drive high performance and foster a results-oriented culture.
  • Collaborate with other C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CMO) to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and nurture key client relationships, focusing on customer retention, satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover new business opportunities and address potential challenges. Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance insights to the executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, communication, and negotiation.
  • Extensive industry network and ability to represent the company in high-level negotiations.
