Job Description

Formulate and oversee a team of agents dedicated to the promotion of life insurance products, enhancing sales performance, and fostering business expansion within the agency channel.

Roles And Responsibilities::

– Hire, guide, and train the sales team to meet sales objectives.

– Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue generation.

– Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and partners.

– Track market trends and competitor actions.

Candidate Criteria::

– Graduate degree required

– Minimum of 1 year of experience in Field Sales and Marketing

– Excellent communication skills

– Preference will be given to local candidates.
