Job Description

An Associate Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of agents to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide continuous guidance and support to agents.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and performance records.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
