We are seeking a proactive Corporate Agency Manager to increase sales of life insurance by forming strategic alliances with banks. With this position, you will effectively increase the sales of life insurance products by cultivating solid relationships, educating bank employees, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Through certain bank branches, promote and boost sales of life insurance.
- Build and maintain a solid rapport with branch managers and bank personnel.
- Provide training on insurance products and sales strategies to bank staff.
- Reach sales and income goals using the bancassurance channel.
- Help clients choose the best insurance plans by helping them comprehend them.
- Make ensuring that internal corporate policies and regulatory obligations are followed.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
