Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and grow key corporate accounts.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Client Retention: Ensure long-term relationships with clients for renewals and referrals.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales team performance and take corrective action when needed.
  • Senior Management Collaboration: Align corporate sales strategies with company goals.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate sales department resources.
  • Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and development for the team.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales or B2B sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
