Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Make cold calls to potential clients, deliver engaging sales presentations, and provide detailed information about products/services to capture their interest.

Identify client needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs; follow a script to guide and assist prospective clients in making informed purchase decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their concerns and addressing any questions or objections they may have.

Close sales deals through proactive engagement, addressing client concerns, and encouraging them to commit.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date recording of customer information, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system (LeadSquared).
-
Stay well-informed about the companyโs products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages to communicate effectively with clients.
Candidate Requirements:

Must have a Graduation degree.

At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
-
CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits.
