Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Recruit and onboard skilled insurance agents.

– Implement ongoing training and development initiatives to improve agents’ expertise and knowledge.

– Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales targets.

– Assess and monitor agent performance, offering coaching and constructive feedback.

– Tackle team challenges and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
– Experience: At least 2 years in sales and marketing
– Age: Between 21 and 38 years
– Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory
