Job Description

Positions:

– Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representative

– Leadership With the Power to Manager and Explanation of a team

– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

– good contract of insurance Control, Requitement, and dynamics

– Meet your marks and those of the group and organization as a whole

Requirements:

– Age: 21-38 years

– CTC:- 3.75  LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit

– Graduate (10+2+3)

– Presently working

– 2 To 4 years of field sales experience

– Staying in the same city for more than 5 years

– Good stability.

– Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
