About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, driven, and energetic person to lead our field sales team. As a Area sales manager, you’ll be out in the field, meeting customers, helping your team grow, and making sure we hit our sales goals. If you love talking to people, solving problems, and leading a team — this job is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of field sales representatives
- Visit customers and build strong relationships with them
- Set sales goals and help the team reach or beat them
- Keep an eye on what’s happening in the market and share updates
- Train new sales reps and support their growth
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years Experience in sales (specially field sales)
- Good communication and people skills
- Local candidate required first.
- You enjoy working outdoors or traveling for work
- Basic computer and reporting skills
