Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced BFSI Sales Development Manager to join our Sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of financial advisors.
• Assess market trends and customer needs to adjust business approaches and drive sales growth.
• Build strong relationships with agents and clients for long-term success.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with a focus on BFSI.
• Graduation is a must, with a strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends.
