Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage on-ground sales activities, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage field sales operations and daily sales activities
- Generate new leads and convert them into business
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings & product demos
- Train, guide, and support sales executives
- Achieve monthly sales targets and track performance
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation required
- 2–6 years of experience in field sales / direct sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to handle targets and team performance
- Must be ready for regular field work
- Preferably a local candidate
