Job Description

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager supports the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations, helps lead the sales team, and ensures sales targets are achieved. This role focuses on customer service, team coordination, and driving overall sales performance. 

Key Roles:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to sell products/services.
  • Prepare basic reports on customer interactions and feedback.

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
