Job Description

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Team Leader to manage a small sales team, drive field sales performance, and achieve business targets in the Bhilai location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets

  • Plan daily field activities and track team performance

  • Support team members in closing deals

  • Generate new business through field sales

  • Maintain sales reports and MIS

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales with team handling exposure

  • Graduate in any discipline

  • Good leadership and communication skills

  • Willingness to work in the field
