Job Description

Job Summary:

The Frontline Sales Manager leads and supports the sales team at the ground level to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate frontline sales executives
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Assign leads and monitor field activities
  • Support the team in customer interactions and closures
  • Train and guide sales staff
  • Prepare basic sales performance reports

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
