A Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Handle customer queries and provide support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams
  • Prepare basic client reports

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
