Job Description:
A Sales Team Leader is responsible for guiding and supervising the sales team, helping them achieve targets, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team
  • Assign and monitor sales targets
  • Support team members in closing deals
  • Train and guide new or junior sales staff
  • Monitor daily sales activities and performance
  • Prepare basic sales reports and updates for management

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
