Job Description

Job Summary:
The Associate Agency Manager supports the agency sales operations by helping recruit, train, and manage agents to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding agents
  • Support agents in achieving sales targets
  • Conduct basic training and motivation sessions
  • Monitor agent performance and provide guidance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

What We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
