Job Description

Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents to achieve sales targets and grow the agency business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new sales agents
  • Train agents on products and sales techniques
  • Motivate and support agents to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback
  • Plan and execute sales activities with the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents

We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
