Job Description
We are hiring Sales Team Leader will be responsible for generating business through field activities, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned Dhanbad area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation completed (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
