Job Description

To manage the B2B Business in the stated location. They need a close monitoring and Distribution expansion and better focus on Sales. The key responsibility and ownership will bring business growth in the area. 

What You’ll Do: 

  1. Lead and grow regional sales teams Ranchi. 
  2. Build lasting relationships with channel partners, distributors, and clients 
  3. Identify market opportunities and optimize brand visibility 
  4. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution 
  5. Deliver on revenue targets and track key performance metrics 

You Must Have: 

  1. Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (any industry) 
  2. Graduation is mandatory 
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills 
  4. Ability to manage teams and travel when required
