Job Description

Job Summary:
The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard sales agents
  • Train, motivate, and manage the agency sales team
  • Set sales targets and monitor agent performance
  • Support agents in closing sales and meeting goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
