Job Description

Key Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring high‑value clients, managing strategic accounts, and leading sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

Roles:

 

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Drive upselling and cross‑selling strategies within key accounts.
  • Manage relationships with high‑value clients to ensure long‑term retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and propose value‑driven solutions.
  • Address client issues promptly to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans when required.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.

Must:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
  • 2–5 years of sales or Marketing or BFSI experience,
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
