Job Description

Job Summary:
The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing insurance sales operations, leading the sales team or agents, and ensuring business growth while following company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and achieve business targets
  • Recruit, train, and support agents or sales staff
  • Build and maintain customer and agent relationships
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
  • Ensure compliance with insurance rules and company policies

We Require: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
