Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territory

  • Generate new leads through field activities and referrals

  • Present products and explain features and benefits

  • Negotiate with customers and close deals

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

  • Maintain customer database and follow-up regularly

  • Prepare daily activity and sales reports

Qualifications

  • Age: 21 to 35 years

  • Graduation mandatory (any stream)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in field sales / direct sales

  • Good communication in English & local language

  • Two-wheeler and valid license required

  • Comfortable with target-based role
