Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for driving sales of  insurance products by managing the sales team and achieving business targets. This role focuses on team management, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide the sales team
  • Achieve sales targets for BFSI products
  • Develop new customers and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience  
  • Graduation Completion 
  • Required all semester marksheets.  
  • Preferred local candidate
