Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new insurance business from assigned bank branches.

  • Acquire new customers through bank referrals and walk-ins.

  • Conduct joint customer meetings with bank Relationship Managers.

  • Pitch suitable life insurance products as per customer needs.

  • Achieve monthly revenue and policy targets.

  • Maintain proper documentation and follow compliance process.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and retention.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any stream.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in life insurance or BFSI sales.

  • Prior experience in Bancassurance channel is preferred.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship skills.

  • Comfortable with field work and target-based role.
