Job Description:

The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for educating field teams and improving their skills through regular training and on-ground support.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct field training sessions
Educate teams on products, compliance, and sales methods
Monitor training effectiveness and performance improvement
Coordinate with sales managers and HR teams
Maintain training records and reports

Eligibility:

Graduation mandatory
Experience in field sales (2+ years)
