Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to support business growth by generating leads, closing sales, and executing marketing activities in the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, customer engagement, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits
Promote company products/services to potential customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Execute local marketing and promotional activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
Collect market feedback and competitor information
Prepare daily sales and activity reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation mandatory (any discipline)
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales / marketing
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel within assigned area

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B/B2C sales
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
