Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive  is responsible for planning and executing strategies to increase company sales, generate new business opportunities, and improve brand awareness. The role involves managing both sales and marketing activities, leading the team, and ensuring business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business targets
• Manage and guide the sales team to improve performance and productivity
• Generate new leads through market visits, campaigns, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Plan and execute promotional and branding activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
• Prepare sales and marketing reports and present performance updates
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations
