Job Summary:
The Agency Development Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents to drive sales and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new insurance advisors.

  • Train and motivate advisors to generate business.

  • Support agents in lead generation and client meetings.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and clients.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

  • Provide regular performance updates and reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience

  • Good communication and team management skills.
