Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products or services and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Generate leads through field visits and other sales activities
- Explain products or services to clients and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for business opportunities
- Maintain daily sales reports and updates
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong negotiation ability
- Ability to work independently
Requirements:
- Graduation preferred
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Willingness to travel for field work
