Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products or services and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers
- Generate leads through field visits and other sales activities
- Explain products or services to clients and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers for business opportunities
- Maintain daily sales reports and updates
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong negotiation ability
- Ability to work independently
Requirements:
- Graduation preferred
- Experience in sales is an advantage
