Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand awareness, and leading the sales and marketing team. The role includes planning strategies, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of company targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Plan and execute promotional and branding campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback
