Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, and expanding business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Guide and support the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales plans.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation completed in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Field Sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
