Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Distribution Sales Manager responsible for managing distributor networks, expanding market coverage, and driving sales growth in assigned territories.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks.
  • Appoint new distributors and expand market reach in assigned areas.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through distribution channels.
  • Monitor distributor performance and provide regular support.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product availability and market penetration.
  • Conduct market visits to analyze demand, competition, and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure proper stock management and timely product availability.
  • Train and guide distributors and sales teams on product knowledge and sales practices.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduation completed in any field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Distribution Sales / Channel Sales / Field Sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple distributors and territories.
